The historic Tungabhadra dam in Karnataka has been fully renewed, nearly two years after one of its crest gates was washed away. All 33 crest gates have been replaced, marking a significant comeback for the reservoir. The renewed dam is set to be inaugurated by the end of the month, ensuring continued water supply and irrigation for the region.
