Over the weekend, 11-year-old Bodhana Sivanandan became the youngest ever holder of the title of woman grandmaster at the Chess Olympiad in Uzbekistan, achieving a remarkable feat while reportedly playing on a car booster seat to reach the board.
Despite her international chess sensation status, Bodhana returned to her school in North London for a design and technology lesson, balancing her extraordinary achievements with the typical challenges of childhood and her first term in secondary school.
