A contestant on the popular UK game show Tipping Point has joyfully welcomed triplets after using his prize money for IVF treatment. Jamie McEvoy, a university admissions administrator, appeared on the show hoping to win funds to give his son, Otis, a sibling. [6, 9] After winning £3,000, he and his wife Hayley were able to pursue another round of IVF. [6]

The host of the show, Ben Shephard, shared the happy update, calling the children the 'first Tipping Point Triplets'. [4, 13] Shephard expressed his thrill for the family, stating that moments and stories like this make producing the show, which has been on air since 2012, all the more special. [9] McEvoy says there is "no way" he and his wife would have had the babies, named Nova, Jasper, and Billy, without the cash prize, turning a game show appearance into a life-changing family event.
